Notes
- Rates were raised from 6% to 7.5% all-in (duty + transfer duty + registration) for registrations from 22 July 2021.
- Some secondary sources still quote the pre-2021 split (4% stamp + 1.5% transfer + 0.5% registration = 6%); the official revision raised it.
- No separate concession for women buyers.
- Registration fee is 0.5% of value.
