Notes
- Women get a 1% rebate on property worth up to ₹1 crore (a maximum saving of ₹1 lakh), bought in their own name or with other women. The UP cabinet approved this on 22 July 2025, raising the limit from ₹10 lakh.
- Joint male–female purchases are shown at the full 7% because the rebate is tied to women owners; some secondary sources quote 6.5%, so confirm at registration.
- Duty is charged on the higher of the sale value and the circle rate.
- Registration fee is 1% of value.
